Date

- Electricity production was 50 489 GWh in March 2007.

- This was higher by 169 GWh, or 0.3 %, compared to March 2006.

- This was an increase of 2 242 GWh, or 4.6 %, compared to the previous month.

- Hydro production showed the most significant percentage change compared to the previous month with

an increase of 21 %, or 1 161 GWh.

- Total production for the year-to-date was 152 271 GWh. Comparing this to the same period last year shows that:

- Total production was lower by 2 521 GWh, or 1.6 %.

- Geoth./Wind/Solar/Other production showed the largest percentage change by fuel type, being 29.1 % higher.

- Trade volume increased by 4 002 GWh, or 25.3 %.
