-  Electricity production was 47 323 GWh in March 2007.
- This was lower by 10 160 GWh, or 17.7 %, compared to March 2006.
- This was an increase of 2 701 GWh, or 6.1 %, compared to the previous month.
- Hydro production showed the most significant percentage change compared to the previous month with
an increase of 10.6 %, or 194 GWh.
- Total production for the year-to-date was 138 813 GWh. Comparing this to the same period last year shows that:
- Total production was lower by 33 714 GWh, or 19.5 %.
- Combustible Fuels production showed the largest percentage change by fuel type, being 24.9 % lower.
-  Trade volume decreased by 4 208 GWh, or 13.8 %.
