- Electricity production was 4 939 GWh in January 2010.

- This was an increase of 114 GWh, or 2.4%, compared to the previous month.

- Hydro production showed the most significant percentage change compared to the previous month

with an increase of 11.5%, or 93 GWh.

- Total production for the year-to-date was 4 939 GWh. Comparing this to the same period last year shows that:

- Total production was lower by 241 GWh, or 4.7%.

- Hydro production showed the largest percentage change by fuel type, being 133.2% higher.

- Trade volume increased by 614 GWh, or 72.5%.
