-  Electricity production was 5 097 GWh in January 2010.
- This was an increase of 671 GWh, or 15.2%, compared to the previous month.
- Combustible Fuels production showed the most significant percentage change compared to the previous month
with an increase of 22.9%, or 513 GWh.
- Total production for the year-to-date was 5 097 GWh. Comparing this to the same period last year shows that:
- Total production was higher by 643 GWh, or 14.4%.
- Hydro production showed the largest percentage change by fuel type, being 51.3% higher.
- Trade volume increased by 131 GWh, or 12.1%.
