-  Electricity production was 23 322 GWh in January 2010.
- This was an increase of 564 GWh, or 2.5%, compared to the previous month.
- Nuclear production showed the most significant percentage change compared to the previous month
with an increase of 10%, or 395 GWh.
- Total production for the year-to-date was 23 322 GWh. Comparing this to the same period last year shows that:
- Total production was lower by 2 356 GWh, or 9.2%.
- Hydro production showed the largest percentage change by fuel type, being 24% higher.
- Trade volume decreased by 368 GWh, or 19.9%.
