-  Electricity production was 15 087 GWh in January 2008.
- This was lower by 268 GWh, or 1.7 %, compared to January 2007.
- This was an increase of 1 395 GWh, or 10.2 %, compared to the previous month.
- Combustible Fuels production showed the most significant percentage change compared to the previous month with
an increase of 19.4 %, or 300 GWh.
- Total production for the year-to-date was 15 087 GWh. Comparing this to the same period last year shows that:
- Total production was lower by 268 GWh, or 1.7 %.
- Geoth./Wind/Solar/Other production showed the largest percentage change by fuel type, being 20.1 % higher.
- Trade volume decreased by 830 GWh, or 41.1 %.
