I consider the results of the statistic study, included in MeMint, with the longitudinal data of the Young Adulthood Study, 1939-1967 to be conclusive about the genetic influence on intelligence (r2 till 0,99), the significance of the less powerful gene, important functionalities of the sexual diversification and about the existence of a teleological evolution.
In other words, most of the main previsions of the GTCEL.

  INTRODUCTION.

The evolutionary theory of Darwin was generally accepted (in opposition to Lamark's), as presented in his work The Origin of the Species in 1859. This theory of evolution of Darwin has been updated many times, but basically remains the same, it maintains that individuals present/display variations and that evolution is determined by natural selection.

These variations in DNA or genes are also called random mutations, in order to remark its character supposedly not directed.

Alongside to the theories of the evolution in their strict sense is the theory of Mendel (1865) on genetic inheritance, whose fundamental elements are gene combinations and their dominant or recessive character.

The evolutionary theory GTCEL (General Theory of Conditional Evolution of Life) discusses on the one hand, the cause of changes in genetic information (DNA) and, on the other hand, the form in which these genetics changes are transmitted to descendants. Its proposals are closer to the theories of Lamarck and Mendel than to the evolutionary theory of Darwin.

The new approach of evolution is mainly discuss in the analysis of the objectives of live and their logical requirements.

The new fundamental development in genetics is the idea of the evolution as an internal mechanism of improvement of living beings, that is transmitted to descendants and that, given the complexity of the aspects involved, use many systems, methods or procedures depending on each case based on its particular conditions.

This theory of evolution outcomes an assembly of implications that represent, in my point of view, revolutionary scientific aspects.

They explain the functionality of the sexual diversification and they allow a greater precision in the definition of the concepts of dominant and recessive genes. Another practical implication is the very possible non-existence of the missing link in the human evolution, since the evolutionary jumps are one of the methods present in Nature and, normally, they are the result of two or more evolutionary branches.

To prove this evolutionary theory, a statistical and mathematical model of the IQ inheritance has been designed.

Ups to today, numerous statistical studies have been done on the IQ inheritance. The observed correlation in the IQ is low, except in identical twins which is 80-85% among them; nevertheless, if they had considered the relationship with their parents, they would also have obtained a low correlation.

The problem is that they have not defined correctly the composition of the variable to be studied. It seems that if they would study the correlation of the color of the sisters flowers or rats, as in the typical examples of Mendel's laws, they would have obtained low correlations!

It is clear that it is not a question of a simple linear relation, there exists jumps in continuous variables with random processes governed by laws intrinsic to evolutionary genetics. Establishing the relations implied by the GTCEL, I suppose it is possible to obtain high IQ correlation between the parents and their children. Therefore, it would be indirectly proved the coherence of the theory of evolution.
